Comprehensive due diligence on behalf of an investor evaluating the BCL and Tati Nickel assets in liquidation. The scope covered BCL’s four underground shafts, its 3.4 MTPA Ni/Cu concentrator and the smelter complex, together with Tati Nickel’s 12 MTPA open pit operation, crushing and DMS plant and 5 MTPA concentrator, plus a full technical and commercial review of the Selkirk Project — giving the investor a clear assessment of asset condition, operational potential and strategic options for acquisition or restructuring.

MMEP led the Trojan Mine restart and shaft re-deepening, restoring production capacity and extending mine life through integrated mechanical, electrical and process engineering.

A greenfield nickel development where MMEP drove project conception, metallurgical test-work review and geo-metallurgical orebody modelling from concept toward bankable feasibility.

MMEP delivered oxygen-injection plant works at the Bindura Smelter and Refinery, improving smelting efficiency and throughput.

MMEP supported the upgrade of the Sable Chemical Industries Acid Plant, integrating process, mechanical and instrumentation & control engineering to lift reliability and output.
